World Heritage Sites in Comoros

The Comoro blue pigeon (Alectroenas sganzini) is widely recognized as the unofficial national bird of the Comoros. That's what my costume was for our "Curling Team Comoros" at the 2026 Ardsley pull-the-plug (see costume photo)


The Medinas of the Historic Sultanates of the Comoros

The serial property is composed of six historic towns which developed from urban nuclei that emerged around at least the 11th century and evolved into city-states around the 14th-15th century. Towns: Moroni, Mtsudjini, Itsandra, Ikoni, Mutsamudu, and Domoni
