Lemon Sole

  • 4 fillets of fresh lemon sole (a little over 1 lb)
  • 2 small lemons (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • flour
  • salt

This dish takes almost no time to cook and is absolutely delicious! Buy good quality fresh fish and cook it the same day.

Dust fish fillets lightly with flour and add salt. Slice lemons.

Depending on how large your skillet is, you may need to cook fish in two batches.

Melt butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add fish. Cook them for 1 minute and then turn over.

Add lemon slices and cook for 1.5 minutes more until done.

Serve immediately topped with cooked lemon slices and pan juices.
