Tiramisu Recipe

Whisk eggs and sugar in a metal bowl over double boiler. Continue to beat eggs until double in size then remove the bowl from the double bowler.

Add liquor to bowl and use a blender. Blend until cool. Beat in mascarpone. Fold in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Combine water, brown sugar, espresso powder and cocoa powder in a bowl. Stir until dissolved.

One at a time, dip lady fingers into espresso mixture and lay them in the bottom of a cooking dish. Cover lady fingers with 1/3 of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat this process 2 more times with the lady fingers and the mascarpone, making sure to end with a layer of cheese.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours. To serve, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cut into squares.
