Our favorite garden tools at this property were Black and Decker.

It was all about the open floor plan, glass, and views.

The former owner of the property was in a rock band called Foolish Pleasure and we found some large posters of the band left behind.

The Eaton Fire in January, 2025

The house remarkably survived the devastating Eaton Canyon fire in Altadena in January 2025. All the neighboring properties are destroyed, but our house made it through the apocalypse undamaged!!! Yikes.
