I guess we like cold weather. We began the year Curling Outdoors at the Pondspiel in Vermont over the February Valentine's weekend.
In March we headed to Alaska for Northern Lights and had two great dog sled outings while visiting Fairbanks. We first took a wonderful 2 hour trip along the Tanana River with John Hoegberg (Alaskan Husky and Horse Adventures). A couple days later we did a more indepth mushing school with Elise Miller at Sun Dog Express.
We embarked on a Southern Ocean Expedition visiting the Falklands and South Georgia at the end of 2014, and celebrated the new year in Antarctica.
