We made a record number of geocache finds in 2012, 793 to be precise and achieved big geocaching milestone #4000. We actually look at the entire Lost Cities series collectively as being the milestone find, but from a precise numbers perspective the Lost City of Babylon is the one that actually ticked over the counter. It was great having the cache owner along for the journey and being able to include Eric in the celebratory champagne toast to mark the occasion. Also along for the journey were Kevin aka: taxman417 and Matt of Team MSG whose hides coincidentally marked our milestone's 3900 and 3800 on the epic journey to get to 4000 in time for the Lost Cities adventure.
Summertime brought us briefly north of the arctic circle as we toured arund Norway, Finland, and Sweden on days filled with plenty of light.
