World Famous Warren Guacamole Recipe

High-quality avocados are the key to the recipe. Make sure to plan ahead to give them time to ripen. Cut avocados in half lengthwise with a chef's knife. Style points are given for sticking the knife into the pit like an axe blade and then twisting to remove. Scoop out with a big spoon and place in a large bowl. Using a knife and spoon, chop the avocado into 5mm pieces.

Chop garlic, dice tomato, cut up onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro and add all to the avocados.

Squeeze lime juice on top, add salt to taste and mix.

Serve in a molcajete with fresh tortilla chips and a frozen margarita.
