Green Smoothie with Spinach and Celery

Quantities are approximate. The above makes enough for 2-3 servings. Adjust quantities as needed.

Roughly chop the celery. Cut the pear into cubes, remove core and seeds, but leave the peel on. Break the banana into pieces and mince the ginger.

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth on a high, liquify setting, stopping and scrapping the sides as necessary.

Drink immediately or store for up to 1 day.
